Developer in the product team (founder, designer, managers). In a year we shipped five products from idea to production. Architecture, review and critical code stayed with me; routine implementation was delegated to agents through a defined process.

• Цикл от требования продакта до прода занимал 1–3 дня: спека, реализация агентом, ревью, тесты, релиз. Релизы несколько раз в неделю.
• Спека как контракт: границы, API-контракты, тест-кейсы и что агенту запрещено трогать; принимал работу по спеке и тестам, а не по чтению всего диффа.
• Поставил совместный процесс: GitLab с ветками и MR, ревью, CI; научил дизайнеров работать с Claude Code и git — часть фронтовых задач они делали сами по своим макетам, я принимал через ревью.
• Контекст проекта для агента: CLAUDE.md с архитектурными правилами, соглашениями и типовыми ошибками, файлы с принятыми решениями и активными спеками.
• Ревью агентного кода: инварианты домена, транзакционность, обработка ошибок, сходимость с контрактом. Вручную писал критичное ядро — доменную модель, финансовые расчёты, интеграционные контракты.
• Автоматизация вокруг агентов: Claude Code в CI для первичного ревью MR; техдокументация и ADR ведутся агентами по факту изменений.
• Эксплуатация: CI/CD, мониторинг, алерты, бэкапы, разбор инцидентов вместе с бизнесом.

• From product requirement to production usually took 1–3 days: spec, agent implementation, review, tests, release. We shipped several times a week.
• The spec was a contract: boundaries, API contracts, test cases and what the agent must not touch. I accepted work against the spec and tests, not by reading the whole diff.
• Set up a shared process: GitLab branches and MRs, review, CI; taught the designers to work with Claude Code and git, so they shipped part of the frontend from their own mockups and I accepted it through review.
• Project context for the agent: a CLAUDE.md with architecture rules, conventions and typical mistakes, plus files holding accepted decisions and active specs.
• Reviewing agent code: domain invariants, transactionality, error handling, conformance to the contract. I hand-wrote the critical core — domain model, financial calculations, integration contracts.
• Automation around agents: Claude Code in CI for first-pass MR review; technical docs and ADRs maintained by agents as changes land.
• Operations: CI/CD, monitoring, alerts, backups, incident reviews together with the business.

• Лидировал разработку платформы: технический бэклог, архитектурные решения, груминги и планирование спринтов, координация команды из 4 разработчиков.
• Разбил домен займов на bounded contexts (заявка, скоринг, договор, платежи) и вынес их в сервисы по Clean Architecture / DDD — новые продукты запускаются без переписывания соседних модулей.
• Разработал платёжный модуль (входящие и исходящие транзакции через внешние шлюзы): оборот более 2 млрд ₽, ретраи и реконсиляция, метрики и алерты.
• Заменил синхронные вызовы между сервисами на события через Kafka с transactional outbox — убрал потери событий, обеспечил at-least-once доставку и идемпотентность обработчиков.
• Оптимизировал сервис «Онлайн Займ» — время выдачи по p95 сократилось с 90 до 40 минут.
• Выстроил процессы качества: GitLab Flow, pre-commit, mypy, ruff, автотесты в CI, регламент code review — число багов на проде снизилось примерно вдвое.
• Внедрил LLM-инструменты в команде: ассистент для code review, генерация техдокументации и тест-кейсов — онбординг ускорился примерно в 2 раза. Вырастил 2 джунов до самостоятельной разработки.

• Led platform development: technical backlog, architecture decisions, grooming and sprint planning, coordinating a team of four developers.
• Split the lending domain into bounded contexts (application, scoring, contract, payments) and extracted them into services following Clean Architecture / DDD — new products launch without rewriting neighbouring modules.
• Built the payment module (inbound and outbound transactions through external gateways): over ₽2bn in turnover, retries and reconciliation, covered by metrics and alerts.
• Replaced synchronous service-to-service calls with Kafka events and a transactional outbox — no more lost events, at-least-once delivery and idempotent handlers.
• Optimised the Online Loan service — p95 issuance time dropped from 90 to 40 minutes.
• Established quality processes: GitLab Flow, pre-commit, mypy, ruff, automated tests in CI, a code review policy — production bugs roughly halved.
• Introduced LLM tooling to the team: a code review assistant, generation of technical docs and test cases — onboarding became about 2× faster. Grew two juniors into independent developers.

• Создал клиентский Self-Service портал (авторизация, управление услугами, тикеты) и BFF-слой с чёткими API-контрактами — нагрузка на поддержку снизилась примерно на треть.
• Разработал систему автоматизации для менеджеров, техподдержки и бухгалтерии — убрал значительную часть ручных операций.
• Оптимизировал PostgreSQL: переработал запросы, индексы и пул подключений — критичные операции ускорены до 3×.

• Built the customer self-service portal (auth, service management, tickets) and a BFF layer with clear API contracts — support load dropped by about a third.
• Developed an automation system for managers, support and accounting — removed a large share of manual operations.
• Optimised PostgreSQL: reworked queries, indexes and the connection pool — critical operations up to 3× faster.
